Refund policy
What’s your refund policy?
7-day email refund if the pack isn’t useful. Reply to the fulfillment email from hello@anhydrasystems.com within 7 days of purchase and say you want a refund. We’ll process it through Stripe. No fake testimonials; risk reverse is the policy.
How do I request a refund?
Reply to the zip delivery email (or email hello@anhydrasystems.com with your checkout email and pack name). Subject line can be simply “Refund — [pack name].”
Are refunds for Impulse and Soft-Power the same?
Yes. Soft-Power ($27), Impulse ($9), Creator ($27), and ESL ($19) all use the same 7-day email refund if the pack isn’t useful.
What if I already downloaded the zip?
You can still request a refund within 7 days under the same policy. Personal-use license still applies to any retained copies; please delete local copies after a refund is issued.
How delivery works
How do I get the files after I pay?
After Stripe checkout (email collected at payment), we email the zip from hello@anhydrasystems.com, usually within about an hour of a successful charge. Subject lines look like “Urban Africa Elite Soft-Power Pack — your download” or “Soft-Power Impulse Teaser — your download.”
Is this a Notion login, membership, or live call?
No. These are self-serve digital downloads (Markdown / CSV / images in a zip). Creator kit is Notion-ready Markdown you paste yourself. No Zoom, no agency retainer, no ongoing login.
I paid but don’t see the email.
Check spam/promotions for hello@anhydrasystems.com. If nothing arrives within a few hours, email that address with the email you used at Stripe checkout and the pack name — we’ll resend.
One-time or subscription?
One-time USD payment per pack. No subscription.
